Private trade access · Downtown Los Angeles

Your workspace in DTLA.

Meet clients on a 3,000 sq ft showroom floor. Wow them at full scale. Close on materials they can actually see and touch.

What access includes

Close your clients in a room you don't have to own.

Most LA designers present a $60,000 kitchen from a laptop in a coffee shop. Approved members work differently.

A client conversation on the Spazietto showroom floor

Your client-facing workspace

A staffed, finished floor of Italian-inspired cabinetry to meet, present, and work from.

Six collections at full scale

Full runs, full height, real hardware. Your client decides in person, in one visit, touching the actual material.

Project-specific trade terms

Pricing and terms scoped to the job, its quantities, and its goals. Not a generic coupon.

Previews, first

Approved members receive first invitations to showroom previews and trade gatherings.

Everyone is welcome to tour, by appointment, with or without a client. Private access to work from the floor is what stays limited.

Who we're looking for

  • Interior designers
  • Architects
  • General contractors and builders
  • Real-estate agents and developers

What we expect

  • An operating business with real history
  • A portfolio or evidence of completed work
  • Active trade professionals working on projects
  • A credible reason to use the space

Access is granted personally, in conversation at the showroom, to established professionals with active projects.

Caesarstone porcelain samples laid out on the showroom table

Your client can't feel a finish over Zoom.

Bring them to the showroom. Walk the finishes, compare the collections side by side, and close the spec in person. As an official Caesarstone partner, the surfaces are on the table too.

How access works

01

Book your tour

A few questions about your practice, then pick a time. About two minutes, and everyone is welcome.

02

Your private tour

We host you at the Broadway showroom, with or without your client. Tours are by appointment and open to everyone; yours is also where we talk about what a trade relationship would look like for your projects.

03

Apply on the floor

Private access is limited, so the application happens in person, at the showroom. We look at your work, your clients, and how you'd use the space.

04

Access granted

Approved members complete onboarding and receive private access through our mobile app: use the floor freely as your own workspace, with project-specific trade terms and first invitations to previews.

A trusted partner to designers, architects, and developers.

If you're established, working with clients, and could use a room like this, we'd like to meet.
